Solutionreach is seeking a GTM Systems Analyst to support and maintain the systems that power our revenue organization across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
In this role, you will focus on day-to-day system execution—troubleshooting issues, improving workflows, and ensuring our GTM tech stack operates effectively. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and partner with senior systems leadership to implement scalable solutions.
This role is ideal for someone early in their RevOps or systems career who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and working across tools and teams.
What will I need to thrive in this role?
- 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or CRM/system administration
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce and/or HubSpot preferred)
- Familiarity with workflow automation and low-code/no-code tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements into clear documentation
- Comfort working across multiple systems and troubleshooting issues
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Basic understanding of data structure, reporting, and system integrations
A typical day may include:
- Managing and resolving inbound system requests (Salesforce, HubSpot, and other GTM tools)
- Troubleshooting workflow issues, data inconsistencies, and system errors
- Gathering and documenting business requirements from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
- Partnering with the Senior Director of Business Systems to translate requirements into system improvements
- Supporting CRM configuration updates (fields, workflows, automations, validation rules)
- Monitoring data quality and helping maintain clean, reliable system data
- Assisting with integrations and automation across the GTM tech stack
- Identifying inefficiencies in current processes and recommending improvements
- Supporting documentation of system processes, workflows, and best practices
Nice to Have
- Salesforce Admin certification (or working toward it
- Basic SQL or reporting experience

- This team is focused on building scalable systems, improving efficiency, and enabling GTM teams to operate effectively
