The Opportunity
Bring your expertise to a highly collaborative, creative, and innovative team with a market-leading technology product suite. We are seeking an operationally-focused, data-driven, and process-oriented Product Operations Senior Manager to join our Technology team to refine and continue to scale the operational infrastructure that enables our organization to deliver exceptional technology solutions to our clients.
You will work closely with engineering, product management, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to optimize workflows, refine processes, manage our product tech stack, and establish data-driven decision-making frameworks, with a focus on eliminating manual inefficiencies, improving cross-team collaboration, and accelerating our product development velocity.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven, detail-oriented top performer to become directly engaged with several of the world's most sophisticated private equity investors and produce an immediate impact within a globally-focused financial technology firm.
As a Senior Manager focused on Product Operations at Chronograph, you will:
- Design and implement scalable processes and workflows that reduce friction across the product development lifecycle, from ideation through launch and iteration
- Own and optimize our product management tech stack (including Linear, Miro, Canny, Notion, Figma, and related tools), ensuring seamless integration, eliminating redundancies, and maximizing team productivity
- Establish and maintain data collection, analysis, and reporting systems that provide actionable insights to technology leadership
- Enforce and refine standardized frameworks for capturing, organizing, and routing customer feedback and market insights to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions
- Partner with product managers to streamline product rituals (sprint planning, roadmap reviews, retrospectives) and create templates and documentation that promote consistency
- Serve as the operational liaison between product, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and client success teams to ensure alignment and efficient collaboration
- Develop metrics and dashboards to track product team performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, best practices, and onboarding materials for new team members
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Five (5) or more years of experience in product operations, product management, program management, or related operational roles within progressive SaaS companies
- Demonstrated expertise in process optimization and workflow design, with a track record of driving measurable efficiency improvements
- Deep familiarity with modern product management tools and platforms (experience with Linear, Canny, Notion, Figma, Miro, and/or similar tools strongly preferred)
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences
- Exceptional project management capabilities and the ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams
- Experience managing and optimizing product tech stacks, including tool evaluation, implementation, and integration
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
- Systems-thinking mindset and natural inclination to identify patterns, spot inefficiencies, and design elegant solutions
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities can shift and ambiguity is common
- Technical literacy and ability to understand product architecture, engineering workflows, and technical constraints
- Passion for enabling others to do their best work and commitment to operational excellence
Even if you do not meet all criteria, we would still encourage you to apply or get in touch! Chronograph offers an entrepreneurial environment where you will be able to proactively identify opportunities to develop and strengthen our team.
