SUMMARY

The Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming, assisting and directing all visitors in a timely and professional manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned.

 

  • Greets all visitors in a professional and courteous manner, and maintain visitors log
  • Ensure the professional appearance of the front lobby directing the flow of traffic
  • Answers calls timely and professionally in a courteous manner to ensure calls are directed and/or escalated to the appropriate department.
  • Manage meeting room availabilities and process meeting room requests for external meeting set-up
  • Ensure the Board Rooms are clean and equipped at all times
  • Ensure daily overnight packages are sent out each day
  • Making and sending out name badges for employees
  • Assist with sending UPS packages and reset UPS accounts for internal users
  • Handle all building maintenance requests/complaints
  • Receiving and delegating incoming shipments
  • Maintain supplies for US Mail and UPS
  • Update Employee Phone Directory (this includes the badge numbers & garage/dock access)
  • Escort supply vendors from shipping dock to our floors (Canteen, Iron Mountain, Office Depot, UPS/FedEx)
  • Actively promotes GUEST customer service standards; develops effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Participates in team concepts and promote a team effort; performs duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is required for the job.
