Syndigo is seeking a visionary and execution-driven Creative Director to elevate and evolve our global brand. This leader will shape how our story shows up in the world, across digital, experiential, product marketing, campaigns, social, and executive communications.
You will lead a high-performing team of designers and external agencies while setting the creative standard for a growing B2B technology company. This is not a “make it pretty” role. It is a business-critical leadership position responsible for transforming our brand into a distinctive, modern, and creatively ambitious market presence. The right candidate blends conceptual creativity with operational rigor — equally comfortable defining brand platforms and reviewing landing page performance.
HOW WE’LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY
- Brand Vision & Creative Direction
- Define and evolve Syndigo’s brand identity, visual system, and creative expression.
- Develop bold, differentiated brand campaigns that stand out in a crowded B2B technology landscape.
- Translate business strategy into compelling creative platforms and narratives.
- Ensure consistency and excellence across every touchpoint.
- Integrated Campaign Leadership
- Lead creative development across demand generation, product marketing, ABM, events, web, social, and executive thought leadership.
- Partner closely with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Content, and Communications to ensure creative drives measurable business outcomes.
- Elevate storytelling and infuse modern, emotionally resonant creative into B2B campaigns.
- Team & Agency Leadership
- Build, mentor, and inspire an internal team of designers and creative specialists.
- Manage and elevate external creative agencies and production partners.
- Create a culture of high standards, experimentation, and constructive critique.
- Implement scalable creative processes that balance speed with excellence.
- Innovation & Brand Elevation
- Introduce fresh thinking, new formats, and emerging creative trends into our marketing.
- Push beyond traditional B2B conventions while maintaining credibility and sophistication.
- Raise the creative bar across the organization.
WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU
- 10+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, with significant B2B and technology experience.
- Proven ability to build and scale brands in complex or high-growth environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating integrated campaigns, brand systems, and digital excellence.
- Experience leading internal teams and managing agencies.
- Deep understanding of how creative drives performance marketing outcomes.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels.
- Confident executive presence and strong cross-functional partnership skills.
Your individual compensation within the budgeted salary range is determined based on your skills, education, experience, and internal equity. This position is Bonus Eligible.
