Local Team Collaboration:

Qualifications:

• Board-certified/eligible in emergency medicine, internal medicine or family medicine with emergency medicine experience.
• Certifications Required for non-ABEM Physicians: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and ATLS.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Scheduling:

• Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance and promote team support.
• 24-hour physician coverage model with 12-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide care to approximately 9,000 patients each year at The Medical Center at Franklin, a critical access hospital with a 5-bed ED and 2-trauma bed emergency department.
• Deliver timely, high-quality emergency care backed by Stroke Ready and STEMI Ready certifications.
• EMR: EPIC.

• Franklin is a small historic town with an artistic pulse. It offers residents a suburban feel and proximity to a growing metropolitan area.
• It is conveniently located along I-65, about 45 minutes north of Nashville, Tennessee, and 20 minutes south of Bowling Green, Kentucky.
