Local Team Collaboration:

• Join our close-knit, well-established team of 21 physicians at Dignity St. John’s.
• Within the hospital, we work closely with our colleagues in other departments to ensure a smooth transition of care.
• Dignity St. John’s Regional Medical Center earned an “A” rating through Leapfrog Safety.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• New grads, residents, and fellows are welcome to apply.

Scheduling:

• Daytime hospitalist - 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
• Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation.
• Full-time hospitalists work 15 shifts per month.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will manage an open ICU, but no procedures are required for this role.
• Responsibilities include rounding, admissions, discharges, and cross coverage depending on the shift.

Rewards and Compensation:

• Annual full-time compensation is $324,000 to $352,000, depending on the schedule worked.
