About the Role

The Regional Finance Intern will support project-based work across a variety of regional finance initiatives, including financial reporting support, operational analysis, and budgeting/forecasting. This role will provide exposure to how finance partners work with operational leaders to monitor performance, support decision-making, and drive business outcomes.

You will gain hands-on experience working with financial data, regional performance trends, and cross-functional collaboration while building practical skills applicable to future finance or business careers.

The Details:
This is a full-time remote opportunity. 10-week internship running from early June through August 2026.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supporting regional financial reporting and dashboard updates
  • Assisting with analysis of operational and financial performance trends
  • Preparing and updating data files in Microsoft Excel
  • Helping to create new formats or visuals to communicate financial and operational insights
  • Leveraging historical data to support budgeting and forecasting and conduct trend analysis
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to gather data and support regional initiatives

Education and Experience

  • 2nd or 3rd year or graduating student currently enrolled in an accredited college program
  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Natural intellectual curiosity and strong research skills
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with regard to protected health information and company financial information

Pay Range

  • $17.00-$20.00 hourly. Exact pay will be determined based on candidate experience, geographical location, and size/complexity of the program being supported.
