About the Role
The Compliance Specialist, APP (CSAPP) handles administrative tasks associated with the compliance management of collaborative agreements for all of our working APPs. The CSAPP partners directly with the privileging and compliance colleagues to ensure all administrative tasks pertaining to the collaborative agreement process are completed.
The Details: Full-Time, Remote WFH
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Remaining compliant with active and accurate collaborative agreements for all working APPs
- Pre-filling agreement and all forms necessary prior to sending to clinician, site and/or licensing board
- Requesting and facilitating the return of complete and accurate documents
- Ensuring that a current copy of the collaborative agreement has been received
- Ensuring all items needed for compliance are accounted for and available via Salesforce
- Maintaining required database(s) (Salesforce & Owl), as needed
- Uploading all documents into designated databases as outlined in the department’s policies and procedures
- Escalating any “concerns” to Director
- Effectively communicating all updates to the appropriate parties: Privileging Consultant, Privileging Team Lead, Privileging Manager, Permanent Recruiter, APP Compliance Business Analyst, Director of Compliance and Audit
- Creating and maintaining strong internal relationships with all stakeholders: Privileging Consultant, Privileging Leadership Team, APP Compliance Business Analyst, Director of Compliance and Audit, Regional Director of Advance Practice Providers, and VP of Advance Practice Providers
- Partnering effectively with the compliance associate
- Additional related projects as needed

Knowledge
- Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Experience or strong understanding of hospital privileging or credentialing
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with document systems such as Docusign, Adobe PDF, Nitro PDF pro etc.
Experience
- Prior experience in a similar administrative role
- Preferred: Privileging or Credentialing in a medical setting
Pay Range
- $24-$28 hourly. Exact pay will be determined based on candidate experience, geographical location.
