About the Role
The Solutions Manager, ACO serves as both a product leader and analyst, responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic business solutions that improve processes, optimize workflows, and enhance operational performance. This role combines business analysis and solution design with project management, to ensure solutions meet business objectives across products, with on time delivery and with high quality outcomes. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, is comfortable managing small to medium projects and being a key player within large projects, and collaborates effectively with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders. This role directly contributes to strategic growth, operational efficiency, and cost savings by leading high-impact initiatives that align with organizational goals and deliver measurable business value.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Map current state and end state of business processes with lean six sigma tooling and methodologies
- Lead and contribute to end-to-end project management for business solution initiatives, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, identify process gaps, and design solutions that align with organizational goals. Create detailed process flow diagrams and identify opportunities for workflow optimization.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, senior executives, and technical teams, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
- Drive workflow redesign and process improvement efforts across departments or functions for strategic initiatives.
- Key player in managing small to medium projects, contribute to large project solution design, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery of outcomes.
- Collaborate with IT, ACO, telemedicine, Operations, Vendors and other business units to implement technology and process solutions.
- Develop products documentation, status reports, dashboards, and metrics to track progress and ensure accountability.
- Manage risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Lead change management efforts by developing communication plans, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and supporting adoption of new processes and systems.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and change management activities to promote adoption of new solutions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Proficient in project management and business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence with the ability to influence and drive consensus.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma certification, PMP, CAPM, CBAP, or similar certification is highly desirable.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, and/or business/solution management.
- Proven experience leading small to medium projects and communicating with senior executives.
- Experience in workflow redesign, process improvement, or operational excellence initiatives.
- Strong experience in process mapping of current state to future state, creating solution to meet the needs of future state design and supporting change management.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation is desirable.
Salary Range:
- This position offers an annual salary range of $95,000-$115,000. Exact salary will depend on the candidate’s experience, education and geographic location. This position is eligible for additional compensation beyond base pay.
