Job Description

As the Compensation Business Partner, you will play a critical role in shaping how Snap Finance attracts, retains, and rewards top talent. This role will lead compensation strategy, salary benchmarking, incentive plan design, and workforce analytics to ensure our programs remain competitive, equitable, and aligned to business objectives.


You will partner closely with leaders across HR, Finance, and the business to deliver data-driven insights and scalable compensation solutions that support growth, performance, and employee experience. This role will also help drive thoughtful decision-making through analytics, reporting, and market intelligence that influence talent strategy across the organization.


How you’ll make an impact:

  • Lead salary benchmarking initiatives to ensure Snap Finance remains competitive in the market, with a focus on delivering P50 total rewards positioning across key talent segments.
  • Design, evaluate, and enhance compensation structures, incentive plans, and bonus programs, including support for Large Market sales compensation strategies.
  • Analyze compensation data and identify pay issues, proactively recommending solutions that address fairness, retention, cost, and business effectiveness.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to assess the effectiveness and competitiveness of employee benefit programs.
  • Provide strategic compensation guidance to leaders during hiring, promotions, organizational changes, and workforce planning discussions.
  • Deliver workforce and compensation analytics that provide meaningful business insights, including headcount analysis, compensation trends, hiring insights, and talent reporting.
  • Support the development of scalable compensation frameworks, job architecture, leveling, and governance processes.
  • Consult with leaders on compensation philosophy, market trends, and best practices to support informed decision-making.
  • Help drive data integrity, reporting accuracy, and process improvements across compensation and HR analytics workflows.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compensation programs align with company goals, performance expectations, and talent strategy.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, HR analytics, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of compensation benchmarking, market pricing, incentive plan design, and
  • pay equity analysis.
  • Experience working with compensation surveys and market data tools.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Experience building reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday preferred.
  • Ability to influence and partner effectively with leaders across multiple functions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present compensation concepts clearly and confidently.
  • Experience in high-growth, fintech, technology, or fast-paced environments preferred.
