Reporting to the Carrier Operations Manager, the Data Load Associate will play a vital role in ensuring all data files are loaded. This position is responsible for quality assurance and troubleshooting to resolve missing data.
- Monitor and manage the timely ingestion of client data files across carrier networks*
- Identify, investigate, and resolve missing or incomplete data with a sense of urgency*
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Collaborate closely with the client-facing teams to communicate issues and drive resolution
- Document recurring issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and accelerate issue resolution
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Desired Skills and Experience
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and Word; comfort working with data files and spreadsheets
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, especially when coordinating across teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under deadlines
- A customer-first mindset with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to embrace AI as a core tool for problem-solving and innovation.*
- Prior experience in a data entry, operations, or administrative support role is a plus
