Operations Supervisor - Day Shift
People & HR, Operations
Louisville, KY, USA
ShipMonk isn't just a 3PL — we're the tech-powered growth partner for ecommerce brands, running 12+ owned fulfillment centers across the US, Canada, the UK, and Europe so our merchants can stress less and grow more.
ShipMonk | Louisville, Kentucky | Full-time | On-site
ShipMonk is hiring an Operations Supervisor – Day Shift to lead a team of approximately 25–30 associates across our Louisville fulfillment operations.
We ship thousands of orders every day for more than 1,500 ecommerce brands, and the supervisors who lead our floors are the reason it works.
This is not a maintenance role. We are still building how we operate, and we want leaders who want to build with us.
Why this role is different
At large 3PLs, the process often already exists. Your job is to follow it.
At ShipMonk, you'll find a company with real scale but still small enough that your ideas can actually change how things work. If you see a smarter way to run a shift, improve productivity, reduce walk time, or solve a quality problem, you can propose it, test it, and see it go live.
The people who grow here are the ones who treat their department like it's theirs.
We believe in developing our people and promoting from within whenever we can. Strong performers have opportunities to take on greater responsibility and continue growing their careers at ShipMonk.
About the role
You'll own your department: the people, the processes, and the numbers.
You'll report to a Warehouse Manager and work alongside other operations leaders to keep the building running well. This is a floor-level leadership role, and your team will know very quickly whether you're invested in them.
