Responsibilities
- Own discovery and product direction for ClaimIQ and Data Platform, with a focus on solving real workflow, reporting, and decision-making problems.
- Collaborate with internal users, client-facing teams, operations, analytics, and engineering to deeply understand workflows, identify opportunities and risks, and reduce manual work.
- Turn ambiguous problems into clear product decisions, prioritized work, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes.
- Partner with engineering to move from problem definition to delivery, balancing speed, quality, feasibility, and business impact.
- Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning participation, release planning, and day-to-day product execution with clarity and follow-through.
- Leverage the latest AI prototyping tools to conceptualize and evaluate ideas.
- Strengthen how RIS Rx discovers, prioritizes, measures, and communicates product work in an evolving product organization.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5-10 years of product management experience in SaaS, healthcare technology, data-focused products, analytics solutions, or related software environments.
- Has built or significantly shaped products, capabilities, or workflows in environments where the path was not already defined.
- Comfortable working across data, operations, engineering, and client-facing teams to uncover the real problem behind the request.
- Strong product judgment; knows when to push for discovery, when to make a pragmatic decision, and when to move forward with imperfect information.
- Able to translate complex workflows, business rules, operational needs, and data concepts into clear product requirements that engineering teams can confidently build from.
- Comfortable exploring and leveraging AI product tools, and willing to use them to improve speed, synthesis, collaboration, and decision-making.
- Experience working in high-growth organizations where adaptability, ownership, initiative, and follow-through are critical to success.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with executives, peers, technical teams, and non-technical stakeholders without overcomplicating the message.
