Job Summary: Execute end-to-end implementations for new client programs from pre-kickoff through go-live and hyper care, owning key workstreams such as timeline tracking, risk identification, and technical readiness. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product/Engineering, Operations, Analytics, and Client Success to ensure a smooth transition into steady state, supporting timely value realization and user adoption.

Responsibilities

Client Implementation & Onboarding

  • Support end-to-end client implementation projects from kickoff through go-live.
  • Assist in developing implementation plans aligned to client requirements, business processes, and success metrics.
  • Participate in discovery sessions to gather client needs, technical requirements, and integration details.
  • Support configuration, data migration, testing, and user training activities.

Project Management

  • Maintain project schedules, timelines, and documentation to track progress and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, and Operations) to support project execution.
  • Monitor risks, dependencies, and roadblocks; proactively flag issues and support mitigation efforts.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and next steps.

Technical & Data Readiness

  • Support translation of business requirements into data needs (file layouts, mappings, API inputs).
  • Partner with Engineering and external vendors to assist with data integration and ETL setup.
  • Validate data accuracy and support end-to-end testing of data flows.

Client Partnership & Communication

  • Act as a key point of contact for day-to-day implementation activities.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Support the transition and handoff to Client Success following implementation completion.

Process Improvement

  • Contribute to improving implementation processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Help create and maintain documentation, playbooks, and templates.
  • Share client feedback with internal teams to support ongoing product and process enhancements.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1–2+ years in implementation or onboarding roles, customer success, technical support, or project coordination
  • Proven experience managing client‑facing projects end‑to‑end
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to translate business requirements into workflows
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving mindset
  • Experience with SaaS platforms, CRM systems, or workflow automation tools
  • Moderate SQL proficiency (queries, validation, troubleshooting)
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally with technical and non‑technical teams
  • High attention to detail, documentation discipline, and accountability

Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications

  • Experience with workflow orchestration tools (Airflow, AWS Glue)
  • Basic Python scripting for automation or data validation
  • Experience with APIs and integrations or ETL processes
  • Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms
  • Experience building or supporting self‑service onboarding flows
  • Background in high‑growth SaaS environments

Technical Skill Stack

  • SQL/PostgreSQL
  • JSON comprehension
  • API fundamentals — REST, authentication (OAuth, API keys), endpoint testing
  • ETL/data transformation concepts — data movement, validation, and mapping
  • Basic Git/version control — helpful for reviewing config files or JSON changes
  • Command line basics — useful for debugging or running scripts
  • Project Management Tools – Jira, Lucid

Education

  • This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
