Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Coordinator to support core human resources functions with a strong emphasis on employee engagement and employee experience. This role is ideal for an HR professional with 3+ years of hands-on experience who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, programs, and events that promote a positive and inclusive company culture
  • Assist with onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance
  • Assist with performance management processes, employee surveys, and engagement feedback analysis
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs
  • Support HR projects related to culture, DEI initiatives, recognition programs, and internal communications
  • Partner with HR leadership and managers to support day-to-day HR operations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Generalist, or similar HR role
  • Demonstrated experience supporting employee engagement, culture-building, or employee experience initiatives
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and HR processes
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office or similar tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
