Job Summary

As Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the product roadmap, driving significant product growth, and improving team efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products that delight our users and achieve our business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define and drive the product strategy for your assigned product area, aligning with the overall company and product vision. Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap, prioritizing features based on user needs, business goals, and market opportunities.
  • Product Planning and Delivery: Translate product strategy into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products. Implement standardized processes for product planning, prioritization, and execution.
  • Customer Focus: Deeply understand customer needs and pain points through market research, user feedback, and data analysis. Use this understanding to prioritize the most impactful features and drive improvements to the user experience. Define internal/external clients and measure success against their happiness.
  • Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Analyze competitor products and identify opportunities to differentiate our offerings. Understand the product ecosystem, how our products fit into the market, and effectively communicate this to stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis and Metrics: Define and track key product metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Analyze data to derive insights, inform product decisions, and evaluate the impact of product changes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure alignment and drive product success. Help resolve complex technical dependencies and risks.
  • Product Discovery: Proactively look at and use customer pain points, insights & experience data to inform the roadmap. Leverage hypotheses to investigate and diagnose experience-related issues. Effectively identifies product risks and collaborates with engineering and business teams to create mitigation paths. Evangelize a culture of rapid experimentation and de-risking new ideas quickly.
  • Communication and Influence: Craft compelling narratives to convey product value, product vision and product strategy.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex product initiatives
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, etc.)
  • Background in using data to drive product decisions
  • Experience in stakeholder management and influence without direct authority
  • Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or fintech experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically
  • Marketing skills to position products effectively
  • Delegation skills and team collaboration
  • Strong negotiation abilities with stakeholders
  • Technical understanding of product development processes
