JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Director of Business Technology & AI Enablement to lead Revizto’s internal IT, workplace technology, enterprise systems, SaaS governance, and AI-enabled business efficiency.

Revizto is a global, remote-first SaaS company, with employees working across multiple countries and time zones. In this environment, technology is central to how people join the company, collaborate, access information, serve customers, and do their best work.

This role is responsible for making our internal technology landscape reliable, scalable, secure, cost-effective, and easy to use. You will lead the evolution of our IT and workplace operations, strengthen our approach to SaaS and vendor management, improve the employee technology experience, and help the company use AI and automation in a practical, governed, and commercially responsible way.

You will partner closely with leaders across multiple functions to ensure our systems and tools support the needs of the business today while preparing us for future scale.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines strong IT and workplace technology experience with a business-minded approach to systems, cost, automation, AI, employee experience, and operational efficiency.

WHERE YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

IT, workplace technology & employee experience

  • Lead and continuously improve Revizto’s IT and digital workplace function in a global, remote-first environment, ensuring best-in-class employee technology experience across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and device provisioning to access management, support, changes and offboarding.
  • Own and improve core IT operations, including helpdesk/service desk structure, ticketing processes, device lifecycle management, endpoint management, access management, software provisioning, documentation, support SLAs, and internal service quality.
  • Ensure IT support is structured, scalable, well documented, and adapted to a distributed workforce operating across multiple time zones.
  • Drive a strong internal customer-service mindset within the team, ensuring employees experience the function as helpful, proactive, business-oriented, and solution-focused.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to automate manual processes, reduce repetitive work, improve response times, and simplify employee experience.
  • Manage workplace technology and core collaboration tools used broadly across the company, including our company-wide foundations such as Slack, Google Workspace, JumpCloud, Jira, Confluence, and other systems used to support employee productivity, collaboration, access, and knowledge sharing.
  • Partner with Security to ensure identity, access, device management, software usage, and employee tooling follow appropriate security and compliance standards.
  • Manage related budgets with a cost-conscious mindset, ensuring tools, licenses, devices, support models, and vendor relationships are efficient and aligned with business needs.

Enterprise systems and SaaS governance

  • Own the company-wide view of Revizto’s internal systems and SaaS landscape, including system ownership, business purpose, usage, cost, renewal dates, contract terms, integrations, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with business leaders and system owners across to ensure tools are fit for purpose, well adopted, and properly governed.
  • Maintain a clear technology inventory and renewal calendar covering major platforms such as for example Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Gainsight, Zendesk, HiBob, JumpCloud, Atlassian Stack (Jira, Confluence, Trello and others), Amplitude, Snowflake, ConductorOne, and other business-critical tools.
  • Lead software rationalization efforts by identifying duplicate tools, underused licenses, unnecessary spend, poor adoption, fragmented workflows, and opportunities to consolidate, renegotiate, or improve usage.
  • Partner closely with Finance on SaaS budgeting, renewal planning, vendor negotiations, license optimization, usage reviews, and technology spend forecasting.
  • Help define clear ownership between business process owners and system owners. Business teams should own their processes and data quality; this role should own the technology governance, vendor management, cost discipline, integration logic, access model, and lifecycle management.
  • Bring a strong business-partner mindset, helping leaders make better technology decisions by balancing usability, scalability, cost, risk, security, and operational impact.

AI enablement, automation and business efficiency

  • Lead Revizto’s internal AI enablement and automation agenda, helping the company use AI tools intelligently, securely, and cost-effectively.
  • Manage and govern the approved AI tool landscape, including tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini for Workspace, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Read.AI, Gong AI, Zoom AI, and other approved AI-enabled platforms.
  • Partner with Finance to monitor AI usage, spend, contract models, consumption-based billing, license allocation, and opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Partner with Security and Legal to define practical rules for AI usage, data handling, approved tools, access rights, auditability, and acceptable use.
  • Identify high-value internal AI and automation use cases across the business, prioritize them with functional leaders, and help move them from ad hoc experiments into repeatable, governed workflows.
  • Create practical guidance, training, prompt libraries, playbooks, and internal enablement programs to help employees use AI productively and responsibly.
  • Evaluate when a business need should be solved through a simple workflow improvement, an automation, a reusable AI prompt, a structured knowledge base, an AI-enabled internal tool, or a more robust system change.
  • Understand and help optimize the cost drivers of AI usage, including model selection, context size, token usage, prompt caching, batch processing, retrieval-based approaches, access controls, usage limits, and spend monitoring.
  • Promote an automation and efficiency mindset across IT and business systems, reducing manual work, fragmented handoffs, duplicate data entry, and unnecessary operational complexity.
  • Ensure AI and automation initiatives are documented, maintainable, secure, and connected to real business value.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Proven ability to act as a business partner to senior stakeholders, combining a service mindset with strong commercial judgment, cost awareness, operational discipline, and the ability to challenge constructively.
  • Practical experience with AI-enabled tools, automation, or AI adoption in a business environment.
  • Ability to evaluate AI and automation use cases from a business, cost, governance, security, and operational perspective.
  • Strong communication and change-management skills, with the ability to influence across cultures, functions, seniority levels, and geographies.
  • Comfortable operating strategically while also staying close enough to the details to understand tools, workflows, support issues, contracts, user pain points, and implementation realities.
  • Fluent English is required. Additional languages are a plus.
