About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and a dedicated Senior Product Designer to join our 'Design the Thing Right' pod: the team responsible for ensuring design quality, consistency, and system integrity across everything we ship.

This role is focused on elevating design quality at scale through Design QA practices and design system evolution. You will take validated concepts and turn them into production-ready designs while ensuring they meet the highest standards of craft and consistency.

Join our passionate and talented team, where you'll discover a balanced work environment that truly values our exceptional employees. Ignite your passion for tech and innovation, and together, let's make an impact that resonates throughout the industry!

Where You Will Make a Difference

  • Own Design QA across the product lifecycle: define quality standards, run structured design reviews, and ensure shipped experiences meet expectations.
  • Build and scale Design QA processes: review cadences, quality checklists, and feedback loops.
  • Evolve the design system: components, patterns, tokens, and governance.
  • Drive design system adoption and consistency across teams.
  • Identify and reduce design debt and UI inconsistencies.
  • Lead design initiatives end-to-end.
  • Mentor designers on craft, system thinking, and QA practices.
  • Ensure design fidelity in implementation with engineering.
  • Partner with PM and Engineering to co-own product outcomes.
  • Willing and able to teach others how to use AI in their workflows. We need someone who brings the team along, not just their own practice.

Who You Are

    • 5+ years as a Product/UI Designer on complex products.
    • Strong visual design craft and systematic thinking.
    • Strong experience in Design QA and design review processes.
    • Proven track record owning or scaling a design system.
    • Experience identifying and addressing design debt.
    • Ability to define and track design quality metrics.
    • Expert in Figma (components, auto-layout, variables, prototyping).
    • Experience working closely with engineering.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
    • Experience using AI tools to accelerate design work.
    • Located and authorized to work in Germany, UK or France
    • Nice to have: experience with design audits, Design tokens and design-to-code workflows, AEC/BIM domain experience, Motion design and micro-interactions, HTML/CSS understanding
