About the Opportunity

We are looking for a hands-on, commercially minded EMEA Events Specialist to own and deliver our event programme across the region. We need someone who is equally comfortable setting strategy and getting into the operational details from negotiating with venues to building registration pages, and from briefing speakers to standing on a tradeshow floor representing the brand.

You will be the single point of accountability for field events across EMEA, including tradeshows, field days, customer conferences, and webinars.

Where You Will Make a Difference

End-to-End Event Planning & Execution

  • Own the full EMEA event calendar: identifying, prioritising, and planning events aligned to pipeline and revenue goals
  • Manage all logistics from initial concept through to post-event wrap: venue selection, supplier negotiation, contracts, AV, catering, staffing, and on-the-day delivery
  • Attend and run events in person across the EMEA region: onsite presence is a requirement of this role
  • Build and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for every event, keeping all stakeholders informed
  • Coordinate internally with sales, product, and leadership to align on objectives, messaging, and attendee lists
  • Crafting immersive attendee experiences that spark engagement and elevate overall event impact

Event Types

  • Tradeshows & Exhibitions: booth management, stand design briefs, logistics, lead capture, and follow-up coordination
  • Field Days & Roundtables: intimate customer and prospect events, hosted dinners, and account-based experiences
  • Conferences: speaker management, agenda coordination, sponsor liaison, and audience experience
  • Webinars & Virtual Events end-to-end programme management including platform setup, speaker prep, promotion, and post-event reporting

CRM & Marketing Operations

  • Build, manage, and optimise event campaigns in HubSpot including landing pages, email sequences, registration flows, and reporting
  • Maintain clean and accurate event data in Salesforce, ensuring leads are correctly captured, attributed, and handed off to sales
  • Track event ROI and pipeline contribution, producing clear post-event reports with learnings and recommendations
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure pre- and post-event follow-up cadences are executed effectively

Customer & Prospect Engagement

  • Represent the company professionally onsite: comfortable engaging directly with customers, prospects, and partners
  • Act as a brand ambassador at external events, capable of holding meaningful conversations about the business and its solutions
  • Support senior leadership and sales reps on the ground, helping to facilitate introductions and create the right environment for relationship-building

Vendor & Budget Management

  • Source, negotiate with, and manage a network of event suppliers across the EMEA region
  • Manage event budgets with rigour: tracking spend, flagging risks, and maximising return on investment
  • Build preferred supplier relationships to improve quality and cost-efficiency over time

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B event management, ideally within a technology, SaaS, or fast-growth environment
  • Proven track record of running end-to-end events across EMEA: from tradeshows and conferences to intimate field programmes and webinars
  • Experience operating as a solo or small-team event function, comfortable doing the strategic thinking and the practical legwork
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (campaign management, landing pages, email automation, reporting) and Salesforce (lead management, campaign attribution, pipeline tracking)
  • Experience managing event budgets and supplier relationships across multiple EMEA markets

Skills & Attributes

  • Ownership mentality: you treat events as your own and hold yourself accountable for outcomes, not just activities
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised: you can manage multiple events simultaneously without dropping the ball on any of them
  • Confident and polished in front of customers: you're at ease on a tradeshow floor or in a roundtable dinner setting
  • Strong communicator: able to brief senior stakeholders, write compelling event copy, and keep sales teams engaged and informed
  • Pragmatic and resourceful: you know how to deliver great events on realistic budgets and without a large support function
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to problem-solve in real time when things don't go to plan onsite
  • Data-driven: you understand the importance of event attribution and can translate results into clear business narratives
  • Language skills: German or French speaking is a benefit but not essential.
