Job Description

Under the leadership of the Director of Operations, the Operations Support Specialist supports forecasting, billing, and operational activities to help ensure efficiency and accuracy across the sales-to-operations process. This role assists with billing inquiries, forecasting updates in Certinia, reporting activities, and operational process improvements. This position is full-time, exempt, and remote, based in the United States (or located at QAD Redzone’s Corporate Headquarters in Miami, FL).

Key Responsibilities

  • Support sales-to-operations forecasting and project execution activities in Certinia.
  • Assist with billing inquiries and escalations, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Support month-end reporting and project closure processes.
  • Coordinate customer recognition programs in partnership with vendors and Implementation teams.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in billing, forecasting, and operational workflows.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Implementation, and Operations teams to support project execution.
  • Maintain reporting tools and dashboards to track forecasting accuracy and operational performance.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting forecasting, billing, or operational processes.
  • Familiarity with Certinia or similar ERP/CRM platforms preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Basic understanding of accounting and revenue recognition processes preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Education/Experience

  • BA/BS in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations, billing, forecasting, or related support roles.
  • Experience working within ERP or CRM systems preferred.

Additional Information

Compensation Package:

  • Base pay range: $70,000 - $80,000 USD Annual (12 Months)
  • Placement within our pay range will vary based on knowledge, skills, experience, and market location variations as well as internal peer equity
