Job Description
We’re looking for a highly motivated and versatile Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our growing marketing team at QAD, a leading global SaaS company. TThe Marketing Operations Coordinator will serve as the central hub for marketing execution, ensuring seamless coordination between our three primary Business Units (BUs) and the Corporate Marketing team. This role is responsible for the systematic planning, routing, and execution of marketing programs. The ideal candidate acts as an "air traffic controller," managing the flow of project requests, maintaining the global marketing calendar, and ensuring all campaigns are deployed with technical precision and brand consistency.
Responsibilities:
Project Coordination & Orchestration
Centralized Scheduling: Maintain and socialize the integrated marketing calendar to prevent audience overlap and ensure a steady cadence of market touchpoints across all BUs.
Workflow Management: Facilitate the intake process for new marketing requests, ensuring project briefs are complete and assets are staged before moving into production.
Resource Routing: Coordinate with creative, content, and digital teams to ensure projects are prioritized based on corporate goals and BU-specific needs.
Technical Execution & Automation
Campaign Deployment: Build, test, and launch email campaigns, nurture streams, and landing pages within the Marketing Automation Platform (MAP).
Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous QA on all outbound communications, including link tracking (UTMs), mobile responsiveness, and list segmentation.
Lead Lifecycle Support: Monitor lead flow from marketing activities into the CRM, ensuring proper attribution and routing to the appropriate sales queues.
Operational Excellence
Process Documentation: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for marketing workflows to ensure scalability and cross-team alignment.
Data Integrity: Assist in regular database maintenance and hygiene tasks to ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
Performance Reporting: Compile monthly operational reports tracking campaign velocity, volume, and basic engagement metrics to help leadership identify bottlenecks

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a marketing coordinator role within a complex or multi-division organization.
Technical Proficiency:
Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo)
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce).
Expertise in Project Management tools (monday.com)
Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously without losing sight of the "big picture."
Communication: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical execution.
