We are seeking a Talent Hunter who understands the DNA of high-performing product companies and the technical talent scape in Pune and throughout India.

Job Description
What You’ll Do:
The Hunt: Proactively direct-source and headhunt passive talent for Full Stack Software Engineers, Architects, and Engineering Leaders. You don't wait for applicants; you go get them.
Masterful Engagement: You are an expert at "the hook." You know how to craft personalized, high-conversion outreach that stops top-tier passive candidates in their tracks and compels them to explore a career with QAD.
Technical Vetting: Conduct deep-dive screenings. You should be able to discuss microservices, React/Node.js, Cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure), and distributed systems with candidates to ensure they meet our high technical bar.
Strategic Advisory: Act as a "Trusted Advisor" to Hiring Managers. You’ll lead intake meetings, challenge assumptions when necessary, provide real-time Pune market intelligence, and guide the interview team on best practices.
Bar Raising: Champion a "Quality of Hire" philosophy. You will implement and maintain rigorous assessment standards to ensure we are only hiring "A-Players" who add to our culture and technical capabilities.
Brand Evangelism: Leverage LinkedIn and other social platforms to tell the QAD story. You are the face of our Engineering brand in Pune, generating organic interest and a robust referral pipeline.
Full-Cycle Velocity: Manage the entire lifecycle from discovery to complex offer negotiations, ensuring an elite candidate experience that stands out in a crowded market.
Qualifications
Who You Are:
A Technical Recruitment Expert: You have 8–12 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a proven track record specifically within Product-based companies (SaaS experience is a major plus).
Exceptional at Talent Engagement: You possess an uncanny ability to engage "ungettable" talent. You understand candidate psychology, know how to handle objections, and can articulate a career-growth narrative that turns a "not interested" into a signed offer.
Tech-Savvy: You understand "Next-Gen" stacks. You know the difference between a coder and a product engineer. You stay ahead of trends in AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
Pune Market Master: You have a deep network in the Pune talent ecosystem and know exactly where the best engineers from major tech product companies and startup unicorns are hiding.
Data-Driven Hunter: You are a power user of LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Applicant Tracking Systems and advanced sourcing tools. You use data to track your funnel and pivot your strategy when a search gets tough.
High-Stakes Communicator: You can hold your own in a room with a VP of Engineering. You are articulate, persuasive, and professional.
Technical Qualifications:
Advanced Engagement Skills: Demonstrated success in converting passive prospects through creative outreach, storytelling, and high-touch relationship management.
Expert-level proficiency with ATS platforms (SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse, or Workday).
Deep experience in candidate search (Boolean, X-Ray, Social Sourcing).
Proven ability to manage complex offer negotiations and competitive counter-offers.
Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Business or a related field.
