The position
You will be responsible for managing and growing a book of business via increased usage of the PostPilot product. As an Account Manager, you will assist new and existing clients by:
- campaign creation and management
- managing project activities
- building out audience segments
- drafting strategic recommendations to increase user revenue
- video/call and email correspondence with clients
- various other administrative duties within the CRM platform and PostPilot product
This is a full-time remote position with up to 10% travel required (Client conferences, networking events and company team-building trips.)
Salary range: $65,000-$80,000 plus quarterly performance bonus
