- Coordinate with carriers, underwriters, and internal teams to expedite policy issuance and resolve complex service issues.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records within the agency management system.
- Identify opportunities to expand coverage and strengthen client relationships through additional products and services.
- Stay current on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory requirements to provide informed guidance.

What You Bring
Day One:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of experience in a client service, administrative support, or related role.
- Knowledge of insurance products, coverage types, and industry practices.
- Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn agency management systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information professionally.
- Massachusetts Property & Casualty Insurance License, or the ability to obtain one after hire.
Valuable Additions:
- 2 or more years of experience in a client service role within a Property & Casualty insurance agency.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Active Massachusetts Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- Experience working directly with carriers and underwriters.
- Demonstrated success identifying cross-selling opportunities and supporting business growth objectives.
