- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, carriers, producers, and internal partners to deliver exceptional service.
- Manage endorsements, policy changes, certificates, billing inquiries, and other account service requests with accuracy and efficiency.
- Review policies, endorsements, and coverage documentation to ensure compliance with carrier requirements and agency procedures.
- Support new business onboarding activities and facilitate a smooth transition from the sales process to ongoing account management.
- Identify coverage gaps, emerging exposures, cross-selling opportunities, and account rounding strategies that support client retention and growth.
- Coordinate with renewal specialists, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of service-related tasks and client requests.
- Facilitate clear communication among clients, producers, carriers, and service teams to resolve issues and enhance the client experience.
- Maintain accurate account documentation and policy records within agency management systems and CRM platforms.

What You Bring
Day One:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in commercial insurance account management, customer service, sales support, or a related client-facing role.
- High School Diploma, GED, or Associate Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- Working knowledge of commercial lines insurance products, coverages, policy structures, underwriting principles, and carrier requirements.
- Strong client relationship management and customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, agency management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and business technology tools.
Valuable Additions:
- Experience within the Property & Casualty insurance industry.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience servicing small to middle-market commercial accounts across multiple industries.
- Familiarity with account remarketing, account rounding, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Experience working with multiple insurance carriers and agency management platforms.
- Professional insurance designations or ongoing industry education.
