Position Overview: This role supports the Personal Lines team through internal processing and servicing activities. The focus is on execution, accuracy, and follow-through rather than direct client management. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their insurance career who wants to build strong foundational skills in Personal Lines operations.

Work Arrangement: This is a full-time position reporting to our office located in Bohemia, NY.

Professional Responsibilities:

• Process policy transactions including endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements
• Handle billing and payment inquiries, working directly with carriers as needed
• Download and review policy documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Navigate carrier portals to check policy status, documents, and underwriting requirements
• Maintain accurate data entry and documentation within Epic
• Support Account Executives with follow-ups, task completion, and administrative servicing needs
• Monitor and respond to underwriting requests in a timely and organized manner
• Track open items and follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Assist with internal coverage checks and basic policy review
• Provide coverage support for teammates during absences as needed

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance or an insurance support role
• Active Property & Casualty license required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a task-driven, high-volume environment
• Ability to follow established processes and meet deadlines consistently
• Strong written communication skills for internal and carrier correspondence
• Proficiency with Epic or similar agency management systems preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow

Salary Range: $19.23 - $21.63 per hour depending on the candidate’s experience
