Position Overview: Patriot Growth Insurance Services is seeking an Agency Management Systems Training Process Specialist to strengthen system proficiency, workflow consistency, and data integrity across the organization. This role delivers and validates AMS training, ensuring employees not only understand system functionality but can apply it accurately within real-world insurance workflows. The ideal candidate is analytical, process-oriented, and skilled at identifying gaps in system usage, documentation standards, and compliance execution. Their work directly supports operational excellence, E&O risk mitigation, and overall agency performance.
Work Location Arrangements: This is a full-time, fully remote position.
Professional Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-person, virtual, and individualized training for new hires, acquired agency staff, and existing employees.
- Lead training initiatives during AMS conversions, system implementations, workflow rollouts, and major updates.
- Teach full role-based workflows with emphasis on efficiency, documentation quality, compliance standards, and E&O best practices.
- Validate end-user proficiency following training and system changes; assess whether training objectives have been effectively retained and applied.
- Conduct structured needs assessments to identify skill gaps, workflow inconsistencies, and documentation deficiencies.
- Analyze system data to confirm adherence to data standards and identify opportunities to improve accuracy and operational performance.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including guides, job aids, videos, and structured learning paths.
- Partner with operations and leadership to align systems, SOPs, and execution, escalating systemic improvement opportunities as appropriate.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience working with and training on agency management systems such as Epic, BenefitPoint, or comparable platforms.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end insurance workflows and their impact on servicing, accounting, compliance, and E&O exposure.
- Experience validating user proficiency, conducting skill gap analyses, and implementing targeted remediation training.
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS365 preferred), content delivery platforms, and agency technology tools.
- Ability to analyze system data and translate findings into actionable training and process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills with the ability to influence behavior change across diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt instruction to varying experience levels and learning styles.

Compensation Range: A starting salary in the $75,000 - $115,000 range, depending on the candidate’s experience.
*A wide salary range is posted for this position, and any job offer is based upon a salary analysis to comply with the required state pay transparency law. The salary analysis considers relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
