Join Paradigm as a Return-to-Work Coordinator in a fully remote role with typical business hours. In this position, you will help connect injured workers with meaningful transitional duty opportunities while building strong relationships with nonprofit partners and supporting a smooth, positive experience for everyone involved. We are seeking someone who is organized, customer-focused, and energized by managing multiple priorities in a collaborative environment. The hourly pay range for this role is $21.06 to $23.00, depending on experience and qualifications.Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships: Establish and nurture partnerships with nonprofit organizations to create a network of potential Transitional Duty placement sites.Identify suitable assignments: Collaborate with nonprofit organizations to identify appropriate Transitional Duty roles that match injured workers' physical abilities, restrictions, and skill set.Facilitate placements: Coordinate the placement of injured workers in selected Transitional Duty assignments, creating draft offer letter, creating driving instructions, and setting up the time tracking process.Maintain internal database of nonprofit transitional work sites.Communicates challenges with placement process to Transitional Return to Work Specialist to strategize next steps.Accurately document time and case activity on individual files in case management software (Alarisware)Responsible for complying with Paradigm Information Security requirements and policies, for safeguarding Paradigm or Paradigm related passwords, and for notifying Paradigm of any Information Security incidents per policy SEC 10-12 Information Security Incident ManagementPerforms other duties as necessary and assignedCommunicate with stakeholders: Maintain open communication with injured workers, nonprofit partners, and TRTW Specialists to ensure a smooth and effective volunteer experience.Manage administrative tasks: Track volunteer hours, manage timesheets, and update case management software with relevant information.Resolve issues and concerns: Address any problems or conflicts that may arise during the volunteer assignment, working collaboratively with all parties involved.By effectively fulfilling these responsibilities, the Return-to-Work Coordinator contributes significantly to the success of the Transitional Return to Work program, helping injured workers regain their confidence and skills while making a positive impact on the community. Qualifications: Training program is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in your role. The program spans 8-12 weeks and includes: Classroom instructions, On-the-Job Shadowing and Mentoring.
