The IT Assistant role is a temporary position established to support the 2026 Laptop Replacement Project.</span></p> <h2><strong><span>Responsibilities</span></strong></h2> <p><span>The IT Assistant will be responsible for the following tasks:</span></p> <ul> <li><span>Imaging and configuring user accounts and software for approximately 200 laptops.</span></li> <li><span>Creating Laptop Replacement Service Requests and documenting the computer build checklist.</span></li> <li><span>Maintaining the 2026 laptop replacement spreadsheet to track progress and packaging and shipping laptop replacements.</span></li> </ul> </div></div>
