About the Role
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our recruitment team in Dubai.
This is a hands-on internship for someone who wants to learn how recruitment actually works — from finding the right candidates to understanding what makes someone a strong fit and eventually speaking with candidates directly.
You’ll work closely with one of our Senior Recruiters, supporting her with sourcing and candidate pipelines while getting exposure to the full recruitment process.
What You’ll Do
* Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms
* Review CVs and identify profiles that match our open positions
* Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
* Shadow recruitment and screening calls with our Senior Recruiter
* Learn how to assess candidates and identify the right fit for a role
* Gradually conduct initial screening calls for selected positions
* Keep candidate information and recruitment activities organized and up to date
* Support the recruitment team with ongoing hiring needs
What We’re Looking For
* A university student or recent graduate interested in recruitment and Talent Acquisition
* Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with new people
* Curious, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative
* Good attention to detail
* Able to understand different profiles and quickly learn what to look for
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Fluent in Arabic & English
* No previous recruitment experience required — we’re looking for someone eager to learn
* Based in the UAE.
*Valid residency and medical insurance.

You won’t just be observing from the sidelines. You’ll learn how to source candidates, review CVs, understand hiring requirements, assess profiles, and conduct initial recruitment calls.
By the end of the internship, the goal is for you to have practical recruitment experience and a strong understanding of the Talent Acquisition process from sourcing to screening.
