As a Customer Care Officer, you will act as a key point of contact for partners and customers, ensuring smooth administrative operations, proactive support, and a consistent customer experience across your portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of approximately 750 customers, balancing automation (low touch) and manual actions (high touch) to ensure smooth operations and efficient support.
  • Customer Guidance: Serve as the point of contact for partners and their customers, providing administrative assistance and guidance to help them benefit from a seamless Odoo experience.
  • Sales Support: Identify opportunities for growth and development within your portfolio, supporting the Sales team with actionable insights.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Work closely with internal teams to address administrative challenges and ensure customers receive the support they need to thrive.

To support our growing company, we are looking for a Customer Care Officer to join our Indirect Sales team.

The Customer Care Officer will ensure the success of our partners and their customers by managing relationships, supporting adoption, and driving customer satisfaction. This role is primarily administrative, focusing on efficiently managing a large portfolio of partners and their customers (representing +/- 700 subscriptions), balancing automation with personalized actions, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the customer lifecycle.

We are currently looking for 2 persons to join this team: 1 FR/NL/ENG speaker, 1 FR/ENG.

Must have
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage a large and diverse customer portfolio
  • Fluent in French, Dutch and English (Level B2+ or C1)
  • A good understanding of B2B sales processes and indirect sales models (partner-driven)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid work permit for Belgium
Nice to have
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn about Odoo’s suite of applications
  • Proven experience in customer care, account management, or partner management

Full-time CDI

A 38 hours/week contract including 2 days of home-working per week and flexible hours.
