About the Role
NinjaOne is seeking a proactive Partner Marketing Manager to join our EMEA team, focused on executing marketing programs with our distributors, resellers, and MSP partners across Europe.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, Field & Event EMEA, you will work directly with partners to plan and deliver channel marketing activities that support pipeline growth, increase brand visibility, and drive partner engagement.
You will own the day-to-day execution of channel marketing initiatives — from campaigns and events to partner communications — ensuring programs are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned with sales priorities.

What You’ll be Doing
- Execute channel marketing programs with EMEA partners, from brief to delivery (email campaigns, digital activities, webinars, co-marketing initiatives, etc.)
- Coordinate joint marketing activities with partners, including events, sponsorships, webinars, and local campaigns
- Manage co-marketing requests and activities (e.g. approval process, tracking activities against budgets, and basic ROI reporting)
- Create and adapt partner-facing assets such as presentations, flyers, landing page briefs, email templates, and social media copy, working with central marketing where needed
- Support lead flow from partner campaigns (list handling, basic lead-routing, and coordination with sales and marketing operations)
- Keep partner content and information up to date in portals, shared folders, and enablement tools
- Help organize and promote partner enablement activities (trainings, updates, launch communications, newsletters)
- Prepare regular activity summaries and simple performance reports to show the impact of partner campaigns and events
- Collaborate closely with sales, field marketing, events, and product marketing to ensure partner activities are aligned with regional priorities
- Other duties as needed
About You
- 2+ years of experience in channel marketing, B2B marketing, or partner programs is a must-have, ideally in SaaS, IT, or a related tech environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; comfortable managing multiple projects, partners, and deadlines at once
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, Asana, and marketing automation tools
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus
- A self-starter who enjoys taking ownership of execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment and adapting to changing priorities
