About the role

MUBI has been on an amazing growth journey recently, and we’re looking for an Operational Intern to support the Office Manager in London. Supporting a broad range of daily tasks that span from day-to-day in the London Office.

Where you'll have impact

  • Provide assistance in maintaining our London office spaces (we have several!): keeping them tidy and clean, finding a home for miscellaneous items, looking after deliveries, and supporting with necessary repairs.

  • Being the welcoming face of MUBI for guests based at our brand new office, working closely alongside our Receptionist to provide general support to all visitors.

  • Being a central point of contact for team members and their queries regarding the office (e.g. stationery, snacks).

  • Monitoring our office inbox, liaising with key vendors and contractors.

  • Supporting operational expense management.

  • Supporting the planning of internal team events and socials.

What you'll bring

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements

  • Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure

  • Proactive attitude and confident working independently

This is an amazing opportunity for someone who loves to have a varied, people-centric role and enjoys being organised while working to find creative solutions to solve various challenges. You get to work alongside a wonderful, welcoming team that is based predominantly in London and in an exciting, ever-evolving industry.

This position is located at our office in London, Soho, working Monday to Friday, 30 hours per week from 10 am to 5 pm daily.

We want to make cinema accessible to everyone. We believe people from different backgrounds bring different ideas that foster innovation and engagement, allowing us to attract great people to develop the best experience for our users.
