We are seeking a Junior Performance Marketing Manager (all genders) based in Berlin, or remote in Germany.
Your mission with us:
As a Junior Performance Marketing Manager, you will join our B2C Growth Marketing team and help scale performance across paid acquisition and social channels. With this operational, execution-focused role, you will work closely with other marketing team members, and play a key role in building, optimizing, testing, and improving campaigns. You will show your impact by driving efficient growth through data-informed decision-making, experimentation, automation, and creative optimization.

Your tasks:
- Execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms
- Support and optimize paid social campaigns across different social platforms and other relevant channels
- Translate campaign data into actionable insights and performance recommendations
- Monitor campaign performance daily and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, conversion rates, and ROAS
- Support ongoing experimentation across marketing strategies, audience targeting, landing pages, ad formats, messaging, and creative
- Assist in implementing and scaling automation workflows, scripts, AI-assisted processes, and performance optimization tools
- Ensure campaign structure, tracking, tagging, and attribution are properly maintained
- Partner with creative and content stakeholders to improve messaging impact, ad performance, and audience engagement
- Stay up to date on paid search trends, platform updates, automation capabilities, and AI developments within performance marketing
You bring to Lingoda
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google ads, Bing ads and Meta campaigns independently, and solid understanding of performance strategy and execution across acquisition funnels
- Strong analytical skills with confidence interpreting campaign data and generating insights
- Experience with experimentation and optimization methodologies, including A/B testing
- Familiarity with marketing automation, AI tools, scripts, or workflow optimization in paid media environments
- Understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, and campaign measurement
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- A proactive mindset, a creative approach to problem-solving and interest in working in cross-functional environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
