We are seeking a Event Manager B2B (all genders) based in Berlin, Germany.
Your mission with us:
As an Event Manager, you will lead all efforts in identifying and organising online and in-person events and trade fairs for the Match Pflege and Sales Team along with other B2B departments.. Providing our participants, partners and speakers with an optimal event experience and accompanying the entire process from start to finish. At the same time, you work with other teams to ensure that the trade fair and congress appearances are well coordinated and successful.

Your tasks:
- You will be responsible for optimizing, improving, identifying and overseeing all online and on-site events, sales team meetings, trade fair and congress appearances including event logistic and set up.
- Together with Junior event manager administer events and programs including sponsorship opportunities, placing orders, monitoring vendors, event planning, reservations, facilitating company attendees, monitoring registration, tracking RSVPs, reporting, and answering questions and resolving issues
- Oversee event registrations, invoicing, schedules of payments and events calendar
- Liaising with all event participants, speakers and co-organizers to ensure successful events
- Guide Junior event manager in creating event flyers, presentations, social media visuals, working closely with creative and design (with an agency)
- Support and oversee Junior event manager with ordering, maintaining and monitoring of merchandise and marketing materials in the Berlin office
- Executing pre- and post-event communication with participants, speakers and partners
- Responsible for the data maintenance in our CRM System (HubSpot)
You bring to Lingoda:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience working in Event management, preferably in a B2B setting
- Proficiency in time management, organisational skills with a high degree of attention to detail
- Proven experience meeting deadlines, while demonstrating flexibility and problem solving skills
- Good knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), G-suite and graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Figma) are nice to have
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fluency in German & English
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry or education sector is an asset
- Valid driving license (type B) and willingness to travel often across Germany.
