We are seeking an Working Student Marketing (all genders) based in Berlin, Germany.
Your mission with us:
We are looking for a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Working Student to join our team. In this role, you will support our Creative Marketing Manager in the development and execution of a wide range of design and content projects, along with other members of the marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a student eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing, design, and brand communication.

Your tasks:
- Assist in creating digital ads for social media, display, and other marketing channels.
- Adjust, update, and refine flyers, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
- Edit and format presentations to ensure brand consistency and visual quality.
- Support in the development of visuals, layouts, and templates for campaigns.
- Help maintain and update our asset library, brand materials, and design files.
- Contribute to basic video editing or simple motion graphics (nice-to-have).
- Conduct light research for creative briefs, competitor ads, and design trends
- Support the marketing team with administrative tasks when needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to gather information and align on design needs.
You bring to Lingoda
- High level of both English and German. Our working language is English, but you will be supporting with content in both languages
- Currently enrolled in a university program, ideally in Marketing, Communication, Design, Media, or a related field.
- Good eye for design and strong visual intuition.
- Initial experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma).
- Basic understanding of brand guidelines and visual storytelling.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy—especially when working with layouts, copy, and formatting.
- Good time management skills and ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn.
