LifeStance Health is seeking a Clinical Testing Psychologist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will conduct psychological assessments, interpret testing results, and develop evidence-based treatment recommendations for diverse patient populations. You will collaborate closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and other clinicians to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in both telehealth and in-office settings. Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, including clinical interviews and standardized testing, for diverse patient populations.
  • Select, administer, score, and interpret appropriate psychological and, when indicated, neuropsychological tests in accordance with standardized procedures.
  • Develop clear, integrated diagnostic formulations and evidence-based recommendations that directly inform treatment planning.
  • Prepare thorough, timely, and well-organized written assessment reports for patients, families, and referring providers.
  • Communicate testing results and recommendations in a compassionate, understandable manner in both in-person and telehealth settings.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, primary care providers, and other clinicians to integrate assessment findings into coordinated care plans.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record and comply with all documentation, billing, and coding standards.
  • Uphold APA ethical guidelines and state regulatory requirements, including informed consent, confidentiality, and test security.
  • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and consultation activities to support quality and consistency of care.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education to remain current with best practices in psychological assessment.
