Role Overview
Supports the design, analysis, and delivery of market-competitive, equitable compensation programs, enabling fair, data-drive decisions. They provide analytical support, ongoing research, modeling and compensation analysis for base pay and incentive programs. The Sr. Analyst evaluates jobs, completes market pricing, determines pay grades, completes compensation surveys, and performs associated analysis by applying standard job evaluation methodologies. They ensure compensation related programs and practices are competitive and equitable and in compliance with all regulatory requirements. The Sr. Analyst is a trusted advisor who consults with HR partners on compensation issues and mentors and guides compensation analysts and specialists.
COMPENSATION: $82,000 - $100,000/annually in addition to a competitive bonus plan

Responsibilities
Market Pricing & Salary Structure Management
- Support market pricing activities, including participation in third-party salary surveys, benchmarking roles, conducting competitive market analyses, and evaluating external positioning.
- Develop, maintain, and analyze salary band structures to ensure alignment with market data, internal equity, and compensation strategy.
- Review and analyze proposed salary actions (new hires, promotions, adjustments) to ensure compliance with guidelines, internal equity standards, and regulatory requirements; provide data-driven recommendations as needed.
- Administer incentive compensation plans, including eligibility tracking, payout calculations, proration logic, and execution of quarterly incentive cycles.
- Partner with Finance, Payroll, and HR stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely payouts and adherence to governance controls.
- Monitor incentive plan effectiveness through reporting and trend analysis; identify risks or inconsistencies and recommend plan refinements to support business objectives.
- Compensation Consulting
- Serve as a compensation resource to People Partners, providing consultative guidance grounded in market data and internal strategy.
- Support execution of annual compensation programs, including merit planning, incentive cycles, and market adjustments.
- Provide analytical and operational support to Compensation Partners to ensure accurate implementation of compensation programs and processes.
- Conduct job evaluations and leveling within the approved job architecture, including scope analysis and FLSA status determinations.
- Maintain the job catalog, job descriptions, and salary structures to ensure alignment, consistency, and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in compensation analysis or a related analytical role, preferably supporting a geographically dispersed workforce.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas) and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience supporting the administration of incentive compensation plans, including eligibility tracking, payout calculations, proration logic, documentation, and governance controls.
- Experience working within a healthcare, behavioral health, or hospital system environment preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential compensation data with professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion.
- In-depth knowledge of federal compensation regulations and strong familiarity with multi-state and multi-jurisdiction wage and hour laws.
