As a Primary Care Physician, you will serve as a trusted healthcare partner, providing preventive care, managing chronic conditions, and helping patients achieve their long-term health goals. Essential Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, annual wellness visits, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with patients and their families, serving as a trusted healthcare partner.
  • Manage chronic diseases and coordinate care with specialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Promote preventive health measures, screenings, and wellness initiatives.
  • Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Maintain complete and accurate medical records in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.

What We're Looking For

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics.
  • Active and unrestricted Florida medical license (or ability to obtain).
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and fostering positive patient experiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
