Position Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across a variety of roles. You’ll work closely with department leaders to understand hiring needs and ensure a seamless, professional, and engaging candidate experience — in both English and Spanish.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes in both English and Spanish.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Represent Leon Management International at job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field — or currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s HR program.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written) — required.
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for people and talent development.
