At Leon Medical Centers, we believe every patient interaction matters. We’re looking for a warm, energetic, and customer-focused Lobby Representative who loves helping others and creating outstanding experiences from the moment patients walk through our doors.

What You’ll Do

• Be the first friendly face welcoming patients and visitors
• Escort patients throughout the center and ensure they feel comfortable at all times
• Assist with special needs (wheelchairs, walkers, etc.)
• Support appointment verification using a tablet
• Keep patients engaged and informed while waiting
• Provide compassionate support and resolve concerns with empathy
• Collaborate with front desk and clinical teams to ensure seamless service
• Deliver a warm goodbye that leaves a lasting impression

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for customer service and patient care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Patience and empathy when working with seniors
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
