What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and schedule the movement, storage, and shipment of medical equipment and supplies.

  • Manage warehouse inventory, perform cycle counts, and ensure product availability.

  • Execute daily production and shipping plans while maximizing warehouse efficiency.

  • Repack, restack, and manually handle pallets of finished products as needed.

  • Identify slow‑moving inventory and arrange removal with proper approvals.

  • Maintain accurate documentation, including logs, forms, and activity reports.

  • Follow OSHA, Infection Control, and Safe‑Lifting procedures through ongoing training.

  • Uphold company standards for safety, confidentiality, and infection control.

  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance and interact courteously with patients, visitors, and staff.

  • Collaborate with administration and other departments to resolve inquiries.

  • Participate in meetings, in‑service training, and special projects as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Minimum 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience (healthcare or Durable Medical Equipment (DME) preferred).

  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure.

  • Basic understanding of inventory systems and product codes.

  • Ability to meet the physical demands of warehouse work, including lifting and moving equipment.
