Keeper is hiring a driven Channel Account Manager to join the Keeper EMEA Channel Sales team. Qualified candidates must permanently reside in Ireland. This is a hybrid position for those living within a commutable distance to our Cork, Ireland office, or fully remote for those living outside a commutable distance.

About the Role

The Channel Account Manager (Southern Europe, Turkey, & MEA) will report to our Director of Channel, EMEA carrying a primary focus on building pipeline and channel revenue with existing channel partners. There will also be a heavy focus sourcing strategic new channel relationships. This position requires the candidate to be extremely motivated, results-driven and have a good network within the channel ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day-to-day recruitment and relationship management of channel partners to include value added resellers, distributors, systems integrators and strategic software partners (primarily in southern Europe, including Spain and Italy, Turkey, and MEA)
  • Act as a liaison between Keeper and assigned channel partners
  • Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and prospective channel partners
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key sales and channel personnel in assigned partner accounts
  • Coordinate the involvement of Keeper personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations
  • Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts
  • Manage direct/channel conflict by fostering excellent communication between the channel and direct sales teams
  • Ensure partner compliance with Channel Partner programs and agreements
  • Participate in a partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
  • Identify partner GTM &/or services offerings; working with partner sales resources, marketing, etc. develop & launch offerings to point of incremental joint revenue achievement
  • Build relationships with technology vendors to identify mutual greenfield opportunities with shared partners
  • Maintain channel opportunity registrations in Salesforce.com and assist the direct sales team in closing channel generated leads
  • Plan and execute on Channel Marketing activities and events to support brand awareness and demand generation with the Strategic Partner group
  • Ability to travel to and from customer meetings (locally and nationally) & rent and/or operate a vehicle on behalf of the company

Requirements

  • 3+ years of security SaaS channel sales experience
  • Proven success driving revenue growth via channel partners
  • Good understanding of Partner Incentive programs and PRM tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to excel in a team oriented atmosphere
  • Strong written/verbal communications skills
  • Extremely motivated and goal-oriented
  • Must want a career-oriented environment that is both fun and professional

  • Background verification vendors (post offer)
  • Recruitment agencies (where applicable)

Keeper ensures that all our third parties are contractually bound to protect your personal data with adequate safeguards in place.

5. International Transfers

Your data may be accessed by Keeper entities globally as needed for the purposes of hiring and decision making. We protect any such data transfer between Keeper entities using appropriate safeguards under applicable data protection laws.

6. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, consistent with our industry leading security standards.

7. Retention

We keep your data for 24 months from your last application activity, then delete or anonymize it.

Exceptions:

  • You opt into our talent database for further retention by providing consent (extended retention)
  • You're hired (transfers to employee records)

8. Your Rights

You have the following rights and can contact us at the email below to exercise them:

  • Access, correct, or delete your data, subject to applicable law and retention requirements
  • Object to or restrict processing
  • Withdraw consent (where applicable)
  • Request data portability
  • Lodge a complaint with your data protection authority

If you become an employee, your rights regarding your employee record are governed by our internal Employee Privacy Notice and certain data will be retained as required under relevant laws such as employment or tax law.

When you request access to your personal data, some information may be redacted if it includes the personal data of other individuals or information that we must protect in order to preserve their privacy rights.
