Keeper is hiring a driven Distribution Channel Account Manager (DCAM) to join the Keeper Channel Sales team. Qualified candidates must permanently reside in Ireland. This is a hybrid position for those living within a commutable distance to our Cork, Ireland office, or fully remote for those living outside a commutable distance.

About the Role
The Distribution Channel Account Manager will report to our Manager of Global Distribution and Operations with focus on building pipeline and channel revenue with Broadline Distribution and speciality distribution partners. This position requires the candidate to be extremely motivated, results-driven and have a good network within the channel ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day recruitment and relationship management of distribution partners.
- Act as a liaison between Keeper and assigned distributors.
- Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and prospective distributors.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key sales and channel personnel in assigned accounts
- Coordinate the involvement of Keeper personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet distribution performance objectives and partners’ expectations
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
- Manage direct/channel conflict by fostering excellent communication between the distribution/channel and direct sales teams
- Ensure partner compliance with Channel Partner programs and agreements.
- Primary Distributor is Ingram Micro, However this person will also support AWS and regional distributors across EMEA.
- Participate in a planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
- Identify distribution GTM &/or services offerings; working with distribution sales resources, marketing, etc. develop & launch offerings to point of incremental joint revenue achievement
- Build relationships with technology vendors to identify mutual greenfield opportunities with shared partners
- Maintain channel opportunity registrations in Salesforce.com and assist the direct sales team in closing channel generated leads
- Plan and execute on Channel Marketing activities and events to support brand awareness and demand generation with distribution,
- Ability to travel to and from customer meetings (locally and nationally) & rent and/or operate a vehicle on behalf of the company
Requirements
- 5+ years of security SaaS channel sales experience
- 5+ years of direct distribution CAM management experience with Broadline Distribution
- Proven success driving revenue growth via channel partners
- Existing, substantial, and good standing relationship with Ingram Micro EMEA
- Good understanding of Partner Incentive programs and PRM tools
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to excel in a team oriented atmosphere
- Strong written/verbal communications skills
- Very motivated and goal-oriented
- Must want a career-oriented environment that is both fun and professional

- Bilingual or multilingual candidates with proficiency in English and Spanish or Italian or German are strongly preferred.

Keeper ensures that all our third parties are contractually bound to protect your personal data with adequate safeguards in place.
5. International Transfers
Your data may be accessed by Keeper entities globally as needed for the purposes of hiring and decision making. We protect any such data transfer between Keeper entities using appropriate safeguards under applicable data protection laws.
6. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, consistent with our industry leading security standards.
7. Retention
We keep your data for 24 months from your last application activity, then delete or anonymize it.
Exceptions:
- You opt into our talent database for further retention by providing consent (extended retention)
- You're hired (transfers to employee records)
8. Your Rights
You have the following rights and can contact us at the email below to exercise them:
- Access, correct, or delete your data, subject to applicable law and retention requirements
- Object to or restrict processing
- Withdraw consent (where applicable)
- Request data portability
- Lodge a complaint with your data protection authority
If you become an employee, your rights regarding your employee record are governed by our internal Employee Privacy Notice and certain data will be retained as required under relevant laws such as employment or tax law.
When you request access to your personal data, some information may be redacted if it includes the personal data of other individuals or information that we must protect in order to preserve their privacy rights.

Keeper does not make hiring decisions using solely automated processing.
