The team:
The Product Partnerships team at Jobber builds and scales strategic technology relationships that create powerful product experiences for our shared customers. From industry leaders like QuickBooks, Gusto, and DocuSign to emerging ecosystem partners, we focus on delivering measurable growth and long-term value through integration and collaboration.
The role:
Reporting to the Director, Product Partnerships, the Senior Partner Manager, Product Partnerships (Partner Success) will own a portfolio of strategic technology partners and define the long-term partner success function post-activation.
This role combines direct book-of-business accountability with strategic program leadership. You will manage and grow a defined portfolio of key partners, while also designing and operationalizing Jobber’s approach to partner lifecycle management — crafting the partner journey, documenting best practices, and building scalable frameworks that drive growth, retention, and expansion across the ecosystem.
This is a highly strategic and commercially minded role requiring executive relationship management, cross-functional leadership, operational rigor, and experience scaling product partnerships in a fast-growing environment.
Travel to partner sites and industry conferences will be required.
As the Senior Partner Manager, Product Partnerships (Partner Success), you will:

Portfolio Management & Growth
Own and manage a defined book of strategic technology partners post-activation
Drive day-to-day partner management, ensuring alignment on shared goals and KPIs
Develop and execute joint business plans to accelerate revenue, adoption, and product expansion
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and new integration opportunities within your portfolio
Lead executive business reviews and ongoing performance discussions
Manage renewals and lead complex commercial negotiations to maximize value for Jobber

Partner Success Strategy & Operating Model
Own the partner function post-activation, establishing a structured and scalable engagement model
Design and implement the end-to-end partner journey from launch through scale
Define partner success metrics, health indicators, and governance standards
Document best practices and create repeatable frameworks for partner management
Establish meeting cadences, reporting templates, QBR structures, and growth playbooks
Build scalable processes that enable the broader team to manage partners consistently and effectively

Strategic Influence & Expansion
Influence partner product roadmaps to align with Jobber’s strategic priorities
Identify ecosystem gaps and conduct buy/build/partner analyses
Monitor market, industry, and competitive trends to inform partnership strategy
Partner closely with the Business Development Manager, Technology Partnerships to ensure seamless transition from deal activation to growth

Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Success teams to align partnership initiatives with Jobber’s broader business objectives
Enable co-marketing and co-sell motions to drive customer acquisition and retention
Provide partnership insights and performance reporting to senior leadership
To be successful, you should have:
Experience in product partnerships, strategic account management, or business development within technology companies
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
Experience managing and growing a portfolio/book of partners with measurable commercial impact
Demonstrated success building or scaling partner programs and lifecycle frameworks
Strong commercial acumen and experience negotiating complex agreements
Proven ability to exceed growth and revenue targets
Executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategic action
Technical fluency and understanding of product development and APIs
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment
Passion for building structured systems while driving real business results
Willingness to travel regularly for conferences and partner engagements
Compensation :
At Jobber, we believe that compensation should be transparent, fair, and reflective of your experience and growth. This role has a minimum Total Target Commission (TTC) of $166,200, a midpoint of $195,500, and a maximum salary of $224,800, designed to show the progression from learning the ropes to truly excelling. This TTC consists of your base salary, as well as an incentive at 20% of your base salary for achieving individual/team goals which is paid out quarterly.
We design our compensation to reflect each new hire’s skills, experience against the complexity of the role, ensuring a fair and competitive salary. Our range is intentionally broad to support growth and long-term impact, with fully established hires typically starting around the midpoint. The higher end of the range is reserved for those who have demonstrated deep expertise and lasting contributions, while offers below the midpoint reflect strong potential with room to develop. This approach ensures that compensation aligns with both an individual’s current capabilities and their opportunity for future growth.
