Full job description
Purpose: To provide high-quality construction skills to assist in restoration-based reconstruction projects for our clients- families, businesses, and disaster victims.
Job Summary: The Carpenter position is primarily accountable for performing work on job sites to return a damaged building to a pre-loss condition or completing remodeling services. The production department will delegate many of the specific tasks for this position.
Duties:
- Skills to be displayed by the Carpenter may include the following: Framing, Insulation, Drywall, Painting, Wallpaper, Roofing, Demolition, Siding, Soffit Faccia & Gutters, Masonry, Cabinets & Countertops, Finish carpentry, Doors & Windows, Cleaning & Deodorization, Packouts, Break & Enter repairs and General Labor.
- It is expected for a carpenter to have a broad range of skills, some may be stronger than other and that is okay. The production managers will do their best to schedule projects that take advantage of your strengths.
- Ability to interpret written work orders and complete projects to specifications.
- Knowing the best tools to complete the task most effectively and efficiently as possible.
- Ability to complete work in a reasonable amount of time.
- Ability to efficiently utilize the materials to complete the project with minimal waste.
- Ability to create a positive experience for the client by displaying positive customer service skills.
Requirements

- Willingness to work overtime.
- Ability to bring your own tool supply.
- Ability to be a team player.
