We are hiring a VP, Controller to join the organization. The ideal candidate is an exceptionally smart, independent, and self-motivated leader who thrives as a player/coach and aspires to become a CFO. This individual will have deep, end-to-end accounting expertise, with experience overseeing all aspects of the accounting function, including financial reporting, corporate consolidations, internal controls, compliance, tax, and treasury.

The preferred background includes experience within a SaaS and/or healthcare staffing environment, as well as startup or high-growth organizations. The successful candidate will have a strong technical accounting foundation and leverage technology to build scalable, efficient financial processes.

This role will assume responsibility for global accounting operations and corporate consolidation reporting while serving as a key partner in software implementations, budgeting, and broader finance transformation initiatives. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced CPA looking to accelerate their career toward a future CFO role through broad operational leadership and strategic financial exposure.
