Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, this individual will support the rollout of the new brand from both a strategic and tactical perspective, helping shape design direction while ensuring the brand is implemented consistently across every touchpoint.
This role combines brand stewardship, hands on design execution, and end to end project management. The Lead Brand Designer will work closely with marketing leadership and cross functional partners to translate the new brand system into real world application across web, campaigns, and core marketing platforms. Following launch, this person will serve as the long-term guardian of the visual identity, ensuring consistency, quality, and continued evolution.
This is not a passive design role. Success requires comfort executing, building, and managing work directly, particularly within WordPress, Canva, HubSpot, and other platforms, while setting the standard for how the brand shows up everywhere.
