We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic intern to join our small marketing, events, and communications team. This role offers a broad range of marketing and communications experience to help you develop your professional skills and competencies. You will gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and communications and support various marketing operations activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with digital marketing operations and updates across multiple channels, including website LinkedIn, newsletters, and the GRESB insights blog
• Support production of the Pulse by GRESB, GRESB’s audio content series, including recording and editing audio and video content
• Help prepare, test, and send out list emails and newsletters to targeted audiences and track relevant KPIs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and identify gaps, outdated information, and opportunities for improvement in marketing materials
• Support the application of SEO best practices, such as keyword usage and meta descriptions, to enhance online content visibility
• Provide general support for ongoing website maintenance and updates as the site evolves, including assisting with content changes, basic troubleshooting, and quality checks
• Provide general support for marketing projects and events to ensure smooth execution and successful outcomes

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to Marketing, Communications, Business, Management, Administration, Environmental Science and/or Policy; OR:
• You study Business Economics, Finance, Finance, Engineering, Environmental studies or related and are passionate about Sustainability and ESG issues.
• You have excellent collaboration skills with a high level of proficiency in written and spoken English (C1 at minimum). Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• You are very well organized and detail-oriented, and able to work in a busy, international environment.
• You have a high degree of comfort using common software packages and online tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint). Experience with design and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Descript for audio/video editing), WordPress, and Salesforce is a plus.
• Unfortunately, we cannot sponsor visas for this role. You must already possess the right to work in the Netherlands or hold a valid student visa.
