KEY EXPERIENCE/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the CEO and leadership team in achieving financial and operational targets consistent with GRESB’s 3- to 5-year plan.

  • As a member of GRESB’s leadership team, deliver ~20%+ revenue growth from FY2026 through FY2030, specifically:

  • Build a multi-product strategy that covers LPs and GPs and spans into new market areas (lenders, banks) to measure the performance of the most material non-financial metrics for real estate and infrastructure assets through both near term module introductions (e.g. Data Centers, Asset Labs) & long-term pillar expansions.
  • Establish a plan for near, medium, and long-term product expansion. Generate 20% of revenue from new products annually.
    • Assessments (outline desired performance of the product)
    • Assessment Related Solutions (outline desired performance of the product)
    • REAL Solutions (outline desired performance of the product)
    • AI productization with (no. tbc) use cases in production with customers.
  • Proactively address regulatory changes and competitive threats to inform the product roadmap and get ahead of market trends and evolving client needs.
  • Deliver pipeline of products that yield high likelihood of commercial success, and reduce implementation burden and follow-up support required.

  • Partner with the leadership team to level-set expectations, and prioritize and allocate resources effectively in the product development process.

Engineering Operations, Delivery & Efficiency/Productivity

  • Continuously improve the engineering team’s overall structure, organization, costs and delivery of results while anticipating future challenges (e.g. automation, scaling issues, legacy code, etc)
  • Work with Engineering Leaders and Functional Leaders to set priorities and resource allocation (budget, talent, and time) and monitor execution and delivery.
  • Review split of R&D resource allocation (15% maintenance, 20% technology transformation, 20% tactical roadmap, and 45% strategic roadmap) and appropriately size to enterprise-standards.
  • Automate internal process as much as possible by implementing modern technologies like AI/ML, reducing manual effort required. Track automation of work with volume and complexity of work.
  • Leverage AI within engineering / R&D to deliver product and customer service upgrades at pace / lower costs.
  • Implement agentic workflows that automate feature development, code review, testing, and deployment to significantly reduce cycle time.
  • Increase developer productivity by deploying AI agents for coding, testing, documentation, and debugging across the software development lifecycle.
  • Leverage AI agents for continuous code quality monitoring, security scanning, and automated remediation.
  • Focus on the offshoring agenda relevant for R&D.

  • Decouple legacy architecture and services into modern, scalable, and modular microservices to enable a multi-product strategy and to accelerate new customer-facing functionality launches.
  • Build a standardized platform, tools, and governance model enabling teams to safely develop and operate AI-assisted software systems.

Strategic Business Alignment: Is a critical partner in addressing business objectives and defining future requirements
